- On Planet Earth, Joel Schumacher's Batman & Robin gets released to negative reviews, in the process of receiving numerous nominations in the Razzie Awards and getting ranked among the worst superhero films ever made. This film was disliked by critics, alike, for not only its toyetic & campy approach, and homosexual innuendos added by Schumacher, but also the casting of 2nd-year actor, George Clooney, as Batman, as well.[1]
